Common questions
The receipt didn't scan correctly. Tap the dotted rows on the receipt to fix any line. If the whole receipt looks wrong, tap "Try again" and re-shoot the photo top-down with the whole bill in frame.
I can't get my friends to claim items. Send them the link from the Invite button — they open it in any browser (no app install). Their picks sync to your phone in real time.
I want to cancel my subscription. Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → fygit Pro → Cancel Subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the current billing period.
I want to delete my account. Open the app → Account (top-right) → scroll to the bottom → tap "Delete account". This permanently removes every bill you've saved and your subscription record on this Apple ID.
